By accessing the md999 website and services, registering an account, or placing bets, you confirm that you have read and understood each clause of these terms and conditions and that you accept them. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the md999 platform.

2.1 Age Restriction

The md999 platform is a service for players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to register an account or use any service on this platform. md999 reserves the right to immediately close the account of anyone who provides false information about their age and to deal with the funds in that account as it sees fit.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account on the md999 platform. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person —

• The additional accounts will be closed
• Bonuses and promotions will be voided
• Funds in the duplicate accounts may be forfeited

2.3 Registration Information Required

Players must provide their correct name, address, date of birth, and contact details. An account registered with false information may encounter problems during withdrawals, and md999 reserves the right to verify the details provided.

2.4 Account Security

Players must keep their username and password private and must not share them with anyone. Players are fully responsible for all financial transactions made through their account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

All financial transactions on the md999 platform are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit per transaction is 10,000 Ks
• Deposits are accepted via KBZPay, Wave Money or AYA Pay only
• Deposits must be made from the player's own account; third-party deposits are not accepted
• Deposit records can be verified by Transaction ID

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal per transaction is 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of the request (delays may occur due to network issues)
• Withdrawals are not allowed until the bonus wagering requirement has been met
• Withdrawal requests made without a prior deposit will be rejected

3.3 Financial Security

md999 uses SSL encryption technology to protect players' financial security. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, md999 may temporarily suspend the transaction for investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The md999 welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, meaning —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks; to unlock withdrawal, you must wager 30,000 Ks × 20 = 600,000 Ks
• Deposit 280,000 Ks, receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 480,000 Ks; to unlock withdrawal, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks

4.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only
• The player's balance must be zero (excluding bonus amount) at the time of claiming the bonus
• If md999 determines that a player deposited with the sole intention of playing with bonus funds to withdraw, md999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus

4.3 VIP Levels and Cashback

The md999 VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week

md999 reserves the right to determine VIP tier progression based on a player's activity and overall participation.

4.4 Player Referrals

When a player refers a friend to md999 and that friend makes their first deposit, the referrer will receive 10% of that deposit as bonus credit (maximum 10,000 Ks per referral). An additional commission of 0.2% per week may also be earned on that friend's qualifying wagers.

5.1 Fair Play

The md999 platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair game outcomes. Players must not attempt to manipulate game results through any software program or any other means.

5.2 Prohibited Methods

• Playing using software bots or automated scripts
• Linking accounts to exploit bonuses for profit (bonus abuse)
• Using a third party's funds to play and then transferring money out (money laundering)
• Seeking out technical vulnerabilities that allow game outcomes to be predicted and exploiting them for gain

If md999 finds that a player has engaged in any of the above activities, md999 reserves the right to close the account and handle the remaining balance at its discretion.

5.3 Player Decisions and Responsibility

Players are responsible for their own decisions regarding welcome bonuses and gameplay, and by participating they confirm they understand that losses may occur. md999 takes no responsibility for any gaming losses.

Players must strictly avoid the following actions when using the md999 platform:

• Attempting to access the platform by unauthorized means
• Obtaining another player's personal information and disclosing it to a third party
• Attempting to damage software, servers, or networks (e.g. DDoS, hacking)
• Using the platform as a tool for money laundering
• Altering software code to gain unauthorized advantages
• Impersonating another player
• Lending or selling your md999 account to another person

Any violation of these prohibitions gives md999 the right to immediately close the account and take legal action.

• Any remaining bonus funds with an incomplete wagering requirement will not be paid out
• Any remaining deposit balance (excluding bonuses) will be paid out if the wagering requirement has been met
